The purpose of this blog is to share some of my ideas and experiences that I have in my career as a statistician. Statistics is a misunderstood scientific discipline. Usually when I say I am a statistician the type of responses that I receive involve bodily cringes. My plan is to provide examples of work that I have done which I hope will illuminate my readers of what it is that statisticians actually do.
